Position Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant to Senior Director- and Director-level leaders, provides high-level administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across a large field organization. This role is essential for optimizing productivity, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating coordination supported leaders, field teams, and other departments. The position is pivotal in supporting The Home Depot’s mission to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence across all field locations.

Calendar & Meeting Management (25%)
Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings.Travel & Logistics Coordination (20%)
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.Prepare itineraries for business trips.Communication & Correspondence (20%)
Act as a liaison between supported leaders, field teams, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.Handle incoming correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.Document, Data, and Financial Management (20%)
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Organize and maintain confidential files and records.Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and basic financial analysis.General Administrative Support (15%)
