There is an immediate need to hire for the Spring 2026 semester for the Physical Education, Exercise & Wellness Department. Location Utica, NY Application Deadline *Full consideration by*: Open Until Filled No Major Responsibilities Utica University has an immediate need for Adjunct Lecturers to teach the following courses for the Physical Education, Exercise & Wellness Department during the Spring 2026 semester. Adjunct Lecturer of Physical Education, Exercise & Wellness: + PXW 107: Racquet Sports: This course provides a comprehensive introduction to racquet sports, focusing on the fundamental principles, techniques, strategies, skills, and safety practices. Driving Responsibilities Travel Supervises Education Required Master's Certification Required Education & Experience Qualifications + Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, Human Physiology, or a related field + Three (3) years of clinical and/or academic experience. + Doctoral degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Human Physiology, or Physical therapy, preferred. Minimum Skills/Abilities + Experience teaching and supervising students, in an accredited higher education institution, in practical laboratory settings. This should include at least one or more of the following; laboratory topics: anatomy, kinesiology, fitness testing, body composition, fitness prescription, metabolic cart/VO2max testing, electrocardiogram ( ECG ), and graded exercise testing ( GXT ). + Current certifications in CPR , AED , and First Aid.
