**Description:** 1.确保人力资源部的高效运转,以及凯悦人才理念和领导形象在酒店的执行 To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources Division and the implementation of Hyatt’s Talent Philosophy and Leadership Profile throughout the hotel. 2.在酒店行政委员会中代表人力资源的职能。 Represents the Human Resources function on the hotel's Leadership Committee. 3.协调和监督人力资源部的整体活动。 Co-ordinates and monitors the activities of the Human Resources Division. 4.有效管理酒店员工福利项目,确保员工的福利在本地市场具有一定的竞争力。 Oversees the hotel's Associate welfare programmes, ensuring that the benefits supplied are relevant and competitive in the local market place. 5.确保所有员工设施符合凯悦的营运标准。 Ensures that Associate Facilities are maintained according to Hyatt's high standards of operation. 6. 确保所有在岗员工及临时工的健康证真实且在有效期内。 Ensure the health certificates of all permanent associates and casuals are authentic and valid. 7. 制定合理的费用预算。 Set a reasonable budget plan. 8.确保所有员工在雇佣条件、本地法规以及酒店的政策程序方面得到公平一致的对待。 Ensures that all Associates are treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of employment, local legislation, and company/hotel policies and procedures. 9.监督酒店的招聘和挑选程序,为部门总监或经理提供有效招聘方案。 Oversees the hotel's recruitment and selection process, providing Division and Department Heads with effective and efficient recruitment solutions. 10.协助进修及培训发展部挑选领导力培训系列课程,有效的接班人计划,辅导计划,以支持酒店主管及以上管理层员工的发展。 Supports the development of supervisory and management personnel in the hotel, through the implementation of an effective succession plan, coaching/mentoring programme and by assisting the Learning department with selected Leadership Series courses. 11.监督酒店对所有员工的培训和发展职能。 Oversees the training and development function for all hotel Associates. 12.协助对人力资源部所有员工的培训,确保其具备高效工作的技能。 Assists in the training of Human Resources Associates making sure that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties in the most productive way. 13.确保与酒店内部不同级别员工保持专业良好的工作关系,并在员工的福利、安全和发展上表现出积极的态度。 Ensures a strong professional relationship with all levels of Associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their welfare, safety and development. 14.确保所有员工的出勤和仪容仪表及名牌佩带符合酒店标准。 Ensures that all Associates report for duty punctually, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times. 15.确保员工的个人仪表卫生符合酒店和部门的标准。 Ensures that Associates maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department’s grooming standards. 16.监督和支持人才手册在酒店各部门的执行。 Oversees and supports the implementation of The People Playbook in every department in the hotel. 17.鼓励员工的创造力和创新精神,勇于挑战压力。并认可员工为酒店运营做出的贡献。 Encourages Associates to be creative and innovative, challenging and recognising them for their contribution to the success of the operation. 18.确保所有员工理解并遵循员工规章制度。 Ensures that all Associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to Associate rules and regulations. 19.确保所有员工了解并遵守酒店、集团和当地的政策法规中有关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。 Ensures that Associates follow all hotel, company and local rules, policies and regulations relating to fire and hazard safety, and security. 20.监督由各部门根据员工感受问卷调查结果制定的行动计划,确保行动计划的相关内容被实施。 Oversees the action plans of Colleagues Experience Survey as developed by department heads and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented. 21.与员工进行关于年度发展评估的讨论,帮助他们实现自己的职业目标。 Conducts annual Performance Development Discussions with Associates, supports them in their professional development goals. 22.熟悉并严格遵守员工手册中的规章制度,以及和酒店政策相关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。 Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety. 23.根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应人力资源职能变化的需求,并进行必要的调整。 Responds to changes in the Human Resources function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel. **Qualifications:** 人力资源、服务业、酒店管理等相关大专或本科及以上学历 至少两年人力资源副总监或大规模酒店人力资源部经理经验 良好的问题解决能力、人际交流技巧及行政能力 Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HR or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation.
