Responsibilities
Under minimal supervision, provides administrative and clinical oversight as assistant to Program Director. Performs all electronic Medi-Cal and private pay billing functions, prepares all documents including Medi-Cal TARS, Individual Plans of Care, weekly treatment schedules, daily schedules, monthly reports to contractors, grantors and 4 state agencies, Oversight of quality assurance and measures. Prepares monthly accounting balance for all revenue generating activities to Dignity Health Finance. Responsible for preparing, maintaining and auditing patients health records as dictated by Title 22. Monitors regulator compliance. Coordinates transportation schedules and serves as dispatch. Manages all office operations such as office equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Five years of administrative assistance experience with medical background, or similar combination of education, training or experience in healthcare setting.BLS from the American Heath Association High School GEDPreferred:
