Job Title: Account Development Executive - Amazon Hub Delivery Program
Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Amazon Hub Delivery program, where your primary responsibility will be recruiting local businesses to join the initiative. You will collaborate with Business Development Managers and other local account development executives to visit prospective businesses, introduce the program, qualify them, and guide them through the application process. This role involves significant travel within the market and requires a substantial amount of door-to-door walking.

ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted zip codes within urban centers and surrounding areas.Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application and onboarding process.Track lead activity and manage the pipeline using Salesforce.Support Business Development Managers in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns, town-hall meetings, and coffee chats.Collaborate with local champions like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Partner with Account Managers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed.Perform other duties related to the recruitment and retention of businesses.Track all activities and outcomes.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in field sales and/or customer service.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a positive attitude.Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual in Mandarin or another second language is a plus.Work Environment

The role involves being in the field 4-5 days a week with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based follow-up/admin tasks. Travel within the market and significant door-to-door walking are required. A reimbursement of 70 cents per mile is offered.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $33.00/hr.
