Hiring an Account Development Executive in the St. Paul area!
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program launching in your area. You will play a crucial role in recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify applicants, and drive referrals. Additionally, you will coordinate recruitment events and manage application processes.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program to generate interest and guide businesses through the application process.Qualify prospective businesses and maintain activity records in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events, such as lunch and learn sessions and townhall meetings.Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import data from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.Qualifications
1-2+ years in an outbound sales role, preferably door-to-door.Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.Sales, account management, customer service, and recruiting experience.Work Environment
The role involves fieldwork four times a week, with one day working from home. The position supports various regions, including areas near St. Cloud/St. Paul and Minneapolis, such as Roseville, Vadnais Heights, New Brighton, Lake Elmo, and White Bear Lake. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 0.70 cents per mile, along with a $50 monthly phone expense allowance. There is potential for a contract extension of up to two years.
