Job Title: Field Sales Representative – Hub Delivery Program (Minneapolis Region)
Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to help launch a new local delivery partner program by recruiting small businesses across the Minneapolis region. As a Field Sales Representative, you visit prospective businesses, present the program, qualify interested partners, and guide them through the application and onboarding process. You work closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors, support community-based recruitment events, and manage your pipeline in Salesforce. The position combines in-person field work with remote administrative tasks and offers uncapped commission based on each partner you successfully convert.

ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective small businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving radius to promote the delivery partner program.Present and pitch the new delivery program opportunity clearly and professionally to prospective businesses to generate strong interest and encourage applications.Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.Lead and track all sales and outreach activities in Salesforce, ensuring that the pipeline is accurate, up to date, and well organized.Support the Field Manager in planning, coordinating, and hosting local recruitment events such as lunch-and-learns and town hall meetings.Partner with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and expand program awareness.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to maintain complete and accurate partner records.Act as a trusted point of contact for applicants in the field, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping them complete required steps.Demonstrate professionalism and a high sense of urgency in all interactions with prospective partners and community organizations.Travel regularly within the assigned territory, managing your schedule to spend most of the week in the field while completing administrative work remotely.Essential Skills1–2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.Proven outside or field sales experience.CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.Exceptional customer service and verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions.Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately manage data and documentation.Problem-solving skills, especially when supporting applicants in the field.Tech-savvy, with experience working across multiple systems and technology tools.Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip on a daily basis.Professionalism, enthusiasm for working with others, and a strong sense of urgency to meet goals.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred; bilingual fluency in Spanish or Somali is a plus.Prior experience in a role that involved sales negotiations with customers is a plus.Previous field sales experience is a strong advantage.Interest in building community partnerships and working closely with small businesses.Comfort working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.Work Environment

This is a field-based role that combines extensive in-person work with remote tasks. You spend approximately four to five days per week in the field visiting small businesses across the Minneapolis region and surrounding towns within about a two-hour driving distance. The remainder of your work, such as updating Salesforce, importing Excel data, and preparing for events, is completed remotely. You work closely with a Field Manager and a small regional team while also engaging with community organizations and business owners. The position offers uncapped commission with earnings tied to each partner you help move through key milestones, along with additional benefits such as paid time off eligibility after a successful performance review and a monthly phone bill expense allowance. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $28.50/hr.
