This is a great opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program, working alongside a Field Manager and other local contractors. Your role involves visiting prospective businesses, pitching the program, qualifying businesses, guiding them through the application process, driving referrals, and coordinating recruitment events. This role requires travel up to two hours driving distance and offers the potential to earn commissions.
ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2-hour driving distance).Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process.Lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community.Collaborate with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.Essential Skills1+ years in sales and/or customer service experience.Outside/Field Sales experience is required.CRM Experience is required, Salesforce preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExceptional customer service and communication skills.Experience in field sales is a plus.Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.High sense of urgency and attention to detail.Problem-solving abilities for applicants in the field.Tech-savvy with experience working with multiple systems and technology.Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily.Work EnvironmentThe position involves being on the road 4-5 days a week, with the remainder of the time working from home. One headcount is based in Miami, supporting the Keys, and another near Orlando, supporting the area from Placid Lakes, FL to Orlando. Benefits include 2 weeks of PTO after a successful 6-month performance review, uncapped commission, phone bill reimbursement, and mileage compensation.
