Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the Boston area. You will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. The role involves collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify partners, guide them through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and includes the opportunity to earn commission for each partner converted.

ResponsibilitiesVisit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage application.Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing pipeline activities in Salesforce.Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.Essential Skills2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.Experience in outside/field sales.CRM experience is required, with Salesforce preferred.Exceptional customer service and communication skills.Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high sense of urgency.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual skills are a plus.Experience in field sales is advantageous.Prior experience in roles involving sales and negotiation with customers is beneficial.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technologies.Ability to travel up to four hours round-trip daily.Work Environment

You will be working in the field 4-5 times a week, with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and other duties. You will have the opportunity to build community partnerships with small businesses. Compensation includes uncapped commission, with specific payments for partner applications and launches, as well as mileage reimbursement at 72.5 cents per mile. You will also receive a $50 monthly phone expense. Eligible for 2 weeks of PTO after a successful 6-month performance review.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
