The following position is to join our RTX Technology Research Center (RTRC): The Additive Manufacturing Process and Capability Center (AMPCC) encompasses a critical mass of Additive Manufacturing (AM) process and industrialization experts, the necessary equipment, and develops the strategic collaborations needed to rapidly mature the technology and manufacturing readiness of AM. The AMPCC focuses on the research, development and deployment of additive manufacturing tools and processes for our business units. The Summer Process Intern will be responsible for one or more of the following activities as they relate to the AMPCC, including: + Process standardization and documentation + Development of new tools and methods + Characterizing fabricated parts + Supporting the commissioning and verification of new equipment + Designing and utilizing fixtures for machine characterization equipment + Developing mathematical models and visual representations of experimental data + Data analysis of builds, parts, or material samples **Qualifications You Must Have** + Candidates must be pursuing a graduate degree in the field of Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Materials Engineering or related technical field and must not graduate before September 2026. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
