Join Danfoss Climate Solutions (DCS) as an Additive Design & Manufacturing (ADM) Engineer and become a key player in the DCS ADM Hub team.
Based in Nordborg, you will play a vital role in identifying, supporting, and driving innovative 3D printing applications within the DCS segment. You will get to know the business and its people, and be an important member of the broader Danfoss ADM community

What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, your primary focus will be on identifying, developing, and implementing relevant ADM applications. You will collaborate with internal but also external stakeholders to uncover opportunities and bring new 3D printing innovations to life
You can also look forward to having the responsibility of
· Leading ADM application identification sessions, facilitating trainings, and ensure best practices are followed.
· Document and share success stories to highlight the impact of ADM within Danfoss.
· Travel to meet with suppliers, attend conferences, and expand your ADM expertise and network.
· Exploring new materials, technologies, and software to keep our solutions competitive
Additionally, you’ll support the ADM operations in Nordborg, handling 3D printing requests and even operating machines when needed.
We are primarily considering candidates within the EU who are able to work onsite in Nordborg, Denmark
What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering and possesses good CAD skills. Experience or passion for 3D printing and a drive for continuous learning are key attributes for this role
We are looking for an innovative team player with excellent communication skills who can also work independently without supervision.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential
