About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate Automotive Engineering leader to head our ADAS Domain. You’ll define future ADAS/AD systems and in-cabin user experiences, while leading a team that supports our ADAS services across engineering, sales, and business development.

At HARMAN AES, our mission is to help customers integrate ADAS solutions into vehicle platforms. This includes 3rd-party software integration and adapting legacy systems for modern SDV architectures.

As Domain Lead, you'll shape our ADAS offerings and roadmap, grow team competencies, and develop tools to reduce costs and accelerate delivery. You’ll drive solutioning during RFQs and proactively pitch to customers.

A key part of your role will be supporting sales and maintaining customer relationships, while co-developing our Go-to-Market strategy for ADAS.

What You Will Do:

Define the ADAS services portfolio and roadmap based on demand and industry trendsCollaborate with Sales on Go-to-Market strategy and customer engagement plansSupport business development via customer meetings, presentations, marketing, and intelligence gatheringDevelop and maintain the ADAS competency map; drive hiring and skill developmentLead RFI/RFQ responses and business pursuits with the ADAS teamOversee internal PoC, demo, and accelerator developmentContribute to investment planning and resource allocationGuide Engineering teams on ADAS customer projects and consultancy servicesMaintain internal knowledge base and contribute to social media content

What You Need to Be Successful:

Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience5+ years in ADAS/AD system design (including functional safety) in OEM programsProven experience in solutioning and collaboration with Sales for business developmentKnowledge in ADAS/AD system integration, function allocation, and E/E architecture interactionFamiliarity with ISO26262, ISO21448, and ISO21434 standardsExperience with SysML, model-based architecture, and relevant toolsStrong leadership and team motivation skillsUnderstanding of ADAS/AD sensors, actuators, and architecture trends
