**The Team**
Join a dynamic group within Market Intelligence Office of the CTO, Business Operations, dedicated to enabling transparency and data-driven business planning for technology leadership. The team delivers trusted management metrics and reporting across Workforce, Vendor, Financials, and Strategic Projects, with a growing focus on Synergy Reporting, Cloud Spend, and Internal Cost Allocation.
**The Impact**
As Associate Director, Product Manager for the Business Intelligence platform (BOBI), you will be the face of the product for internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on engaging customers and business partners through live demos, workshops, and feedback sessions. You will drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate business sign-off, and ensure BOBI is recognized as the single source of truth for management decision-making.
You will lead demo sessions, chair stakeholder meetings, and champion user training and feedback calls. Your role will be pivotal in translating business needs into actionable product enhancements, ensuring the platform delivers maximum value to its users.

**Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for BOBI, leading demos and engagement sessions
+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, gathering feedback and driving alignment
+ Facilitate business sign-off on product deliverables and enhancements
+ Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks
+ Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
+ Chair steering committees and stakeholder meetings to drive platform adoption
+ Manage the product pipeline, prioritizing initiatives based on customer impact
+ Ensure data quality, accuracy, and operational stability of the BOBI platform
+ Lead user training and onboarding sessions for new features and releases
+ Provide regular status updates and management reporting on BOBI deliveries
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
+ 10 Plus years of work experience in IT industry and minimum 6 years of experience in product management, with a strong customer-facing focus
+ Proven track record of leading demos, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills
+ Strong understanding of business intelligence, data management, and cloud platforms
+ Ability to drive consensus and facilitate business sign-off
+ Highly organized, independent, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
+ Flexible to work hours as per business needs
