We are looking for team players who are committed to excellence and compassionate patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide comprehensive care to hematology, transplant, and cellular therapy patients in the inpatient setting. + Work 10-12 hour daytime shifts, including rotations to the Cellular Therapy Clinic. + Participate in a rotational schedule for holidays and weekends. + Cross-train in the outpatient setting and provide night coverage as needed, based on department requirements. _During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps._ **Qualifications** **Acute Care Nurse Practitioner:** Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as an ACNP. **Physician Assistant:** Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice. **Additional Qualifications:** + Active BLS and ACLS, RN First Assist certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required. + Strong interest in hematology and cellular therapy. + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Previous experience in hematology or transplant care is preferred but not required. **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. **Benefits Eligible** Yes **Schedule** Full Time **Hours/Pay Period** 80 **Schedule Details** Inpatient 12 hour shifts Cellular Therapy Clinic 10-12 hour shifts **Weekend Schedule** Rotating weekend and holiday schedule **International Assignment** No **Site Description** Just as our reputation has spread beyond our Minnesota roots, so have our locations.
