**Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) – Continuing Care** **Location:** Temple, TX **Facility:** Baylor Scott & White – Continuing Care Hospital & Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday **Patient Census:** 8–12 patients **Position Overview** Baylor Scott & White Continuing Care in Temple, TX is seeking an **Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP)** to join our interdisciplinary care team.
