He implements the necessary conditions to ensure production activities and deliveries on time to customers. He is accountable for the performance of SQDCPI and the improvement dynamics. He anticipates changes in the product line and ensures the load/capacity adequacy accordingly. Supervision & Leadership • Ensures the health and safety of employees and compliance with related standards, rules, and regulations, including environmental ones. • Ensures the implementation of Safran group rules, procedures, and policies, in the scope of manufacturing. • Ensures adherence to the budget. • Manage the QRQC related to manufacturing field. He reports on production scheduling adherence, workload/capacity to the head of operations. • Ensure an efficient organization within the team. • Interacts as needed with all internal stakeholders (support and functional departments) and external stakeholders (clients during visits, authorities, partners, suppliers, etc.). He is the focal point of contact with engineering support team. • Manages Production Unit Team, including methods, quality. • Engages teams by relying on Safran's leadership model. Promotes the site's image and highlights successes and achievements. Industrialization • Through his production units, implements the industrial processes and validates the manufacturing file as per Safran standard. • Ensures feedback and the reporting of manufacturing constraints within the framework of co-engineering. • Guarantees the necessary production rate increases in close collaboration with the Engineering support team. Manufacturing • Organizes manufacturing and ensures the achievement of production objectives and deliveries. • Supervises specific plans required to meet customer demand. • Escalates any blocking issues, particularly through QRQC. Industrial Performance • Ensures the overall load/capacity adequacy of the production line. • Accountable for the respect of manufacturing quality procedures and policies. • Implement Safran HSE policy and is accountable for the respect of HSE standard in production.
