BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an Activities Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Northside Behavioral Health **!** + **Facility:** Northside + **Location:** Tampa + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: No + **Shift Hours:** 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM + **Weekend Work:** None + **On Call:** No **The Activities Therapist is responsible for:** + The Activities Therapist evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients and residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of recreational therapy. + Conducts facility group and individual activities and recreational therapy interventions and all other duties as assigned. + Provides appropriate therapeutic and educational interventions/services as it relates to Activities Therapy. + Provides assessment, monitoring, planning, and advocacy for adults and children experiencing acute mental health and/or substance abuse issues in an acute care inpatient setting as it relates to Activities Therapy.
