Pay: $20.50hr

Responsibilities

Support Personal Care Needs: Assist individuals with dining, toileting, and transfers, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Implement Engaging Programs: Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development, independence, and community integration.

Collaborate on Behavior Plans: Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.

Facilitate Transportation: Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.

Evaluate and Document Progress: Conduct satisfaction surveys, document participant progress, and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred. High School diploma with 1 year of related experience also accepted.

Compassionate, organized, and eager to make a difference.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to assist in physical interventions as needed.
