ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

TelevisaUnivision San Antonio is looking for an Activations Technician who will be responsible for technical, and promotional duties as assigned. This will include, but not be limited to: driving station vehicles, set-up of equipment (sound systems, tents, tables and banners) at station events, and interaction with station listeners.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Execute radio station promotional activities including in station remotes by greeting and interacting with listeners and clients in an enthusiastic and welcoming mannerSafely operate company vehiclesMaintain compliance with contests rules and regulationsInteract “live” with on-air talent as requiredPrepare good event recaps and reports by taking specific pictures as requested and follows-up with required documentation.Establish and maintain a good filing systemConduct inventory checks on a weekly basis for all stations (vehicles, equipment, and promotional items)Performs other’s tasks as directed

YOU HAVE:

Ability to communicate orally in Spanish required; English speaking skills a plus; bilingual skills preferredModerate Microsoft applications skills (Word, Excel) requiredMust be available to work a flexible schedule, primarily evenings and weekends, holiday and days of observance depending on station’s needsMust be willing to work from office in San Antonio, TX Possess and maintain a good driving recordApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisMust be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, type, edit, reach, and sit for up to (8) hour
