CHANEL is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity! We are looking for a highly motivated Activation Manager to join our Marketing Division in Spain.
Your role@CHANEL:
Your role as Activation Manager is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Division by designing and executing activation strategies across both online and offline channels. You will lead the implementation of e-trade and trade marketing plans, manage client activations, and ensure that CHANEL’s image and positioning are consistently reinforced throughout the omnichannel client journey.
Key responsibilities include:
Omnichannel Activation: Implement e-trade and trade marketing plans, ensuring visibility across client websites, newsletters, and point-of-sale activations.Commercial Strategy: Monitor Spanish commercial moments and adapt digital activities to clients’ profiles, business models, and commercial conditions. Ensure alignment with international marketing orchestrations and local product plans.Client Development: Drive the opening of new clients (including websites not yet selling CHANEL) and maintain existing relationships, ensuring optimal visibility and sales performance.Monitoring & Optimization: Supervise client websites for image quality and internal search engines; ensure digital activities are optimized for best-sellers, new products, and communications.Collaboration & Coordination: Partner closely with Sales, Media, Consumer Experience, and International teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of Key Account Activation Managers (e-trade and D2C), ensuring high standards of execution and motivation.Performance Management: Control budgets, analyze results, and monitor key e-business and campaign performance indicators (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROA, ROI, conversion rates).What impact you can create at CHANEL:

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical professional with a strong understanding of digital activation and commercial strategy.
Education & Experience: Business School degree or equivalent higher education. 2–3 years’ experience required managing teams in Digital, ideally in the beauty or luxury sector, with exposure to digital media and omni-channel strategies.Technical Skills required: Solid understanding of digital KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM), business KPIs (ROA, ROI, conversion rates), SEO/SEA, POS metrics (footfall, retention, service menus), and tools such as pixels, HTML, UX, and analytics panels (NPD, Kantar, Nielsen).Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills with attention to detail.Negotiation Skills: Ability to build and sustain strong partnerships with providers and stakeholders, while driving win-win outcomes. Skilled at balancing brand integrity with commercial objectives, navigating complex discussions with professionalism and confidence.Soft Skills: Commercially proactive, consumer and client centric, empathetic, collaborative, ethical, and motivated.Travel required: Travel occasionally within Spain and internationally when required.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish is a must; Portuguese is a plus.We Are Offering:
