Overview
CACI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Action Officer to support the execution of Division's projects and daily operations. This role is critical for ensuring efficient workflow management, effective communication, and accurate data tracking across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and be proficient in leveraging them to streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance collaboration. This role requires the ability to coordinate tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination and Task Management:Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and timelines using Microsoft Planner and other MS Tools.Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks, escalating issues as needed.Serve as the point of contact for cross-team coordination and communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Microsoft 365 Expertise and Maintenance:Customize and maintain SharePoint sites to enhance functionality and user experience.Develop and maintain Power Automate flows to automate project workflows, notifications, and data processing.Assist with developing and maintaining Teams channels and SharePoint sites to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.Data Management and Reporting:Support project reporting by consolidating data from various sources, including Lists, Excel, Confluence, and OneNote.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.Documentation and Standardization:Document workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and project updates using OneNote and Word.Maintain a centralized repository of documentation for easy access and reference.Administrative Support:Assist with meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes taking in Teams and Outlook.Coordinate follow-up actions and track their completion.Maintain the division schedule, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Coordinate responses to data calls, gathering and compiling information from various sources.Coordinate divisions inventory actions, ensuring proper tracking and management of assets.General Operations Support:Assist with other divisions operations as required by the Division Manager and Branch Managers.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, specifically:Microsoft Lists Power AutomateSharePointMicrosoft PlannerTeamsOneNoteWordExcelOutlookStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$31.31
