Responsibilities:

End-to-end support and coordination of one or several acquisition programs and cross functional projectsEnsure year targets implementation throughout the year via planned programs KPIsManage subordinate to develop his/her professional skills while making solid contribution to performanceInitiate and coordinate Platform support campaigns development (incl. visibility toolbox; retail, consumer and employee engagement toolbox; activation across channels\\programs) with clear KPIs that will address strategic market needs, present developed campaigns to key stakeholders, get necessary approvals.Ensure close follow-up on Platform initiatives performance: analyze KPIs, consumer response, follow-up on performance coherence with strategic goals and budget utilization in line with approved budget numbersContribute into program initiatives gate process; follow-up on key milestones and address necessary changes in deployment plans;On a regular basis analyze programs performance and consumer perception; prepare highlights and action plans based on findings.

 

Requirements:

Relevant experience 2+ yearsEnglish - advanced (written and oral), Ukrainian - fluentAdvanced project management skills (experience of leading complex / long-term / cross-functional projects)Good analytical skills (can work with big bulks of information, able to spot out key trends, insights and turn them into actions)Good presentation skills (ability to put together concise, to-the-point business case with clear business problems and solution supported with data and evidence), Corporate values: Consumer at the core (understanding consumer profile, journey, needs, pain-points and how to adapt brand content to target audience), Agility (ability to adapt to changing environment and understand which plans should be corrected accordingly and act upon it), Critical thinking (ability to connect the dots, read behind data and fish-out insights)Advanced PC Skills: MS Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPointResult driven, self-motivated, strong collaboration and communication skills
