Job Summary

Leads the execution of marketing insights and analytics to drive customer acquisition and retention. Oversees demand forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to inform strategic decisions. Evaluates go-to-market initiatives and provides actionable guidance on campaign effectiveness. Acts as a key liaison across headquarters, regional teams, and external partners. Monitors market trends and performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborates with a diverse team, fosters operational efficiency through process development, and contributes to departmental financial planning. Serves as a subject matter expert and mentor within the organization.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Tracks and manages marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.Manages local promotions and event marketing; coordinates with direct sales staff.Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products and industries.Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed in order to support marketing goals.Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes and issues.Analyzes subscriber numbers and packages and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.Develops financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market.Creates reporting to measure success of marketing programs.Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses and reports.Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Serve as the primary marketing liaison between headquarters, regional teams, and external vendors.Facilitate alignment and communication to ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies.

Market Trend Analysis

Monitor industry and consumer trends to identify opportunities and risks.Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge and understanding of customers, products, and industries.

Team Leadership & Development

Collaborate with a diverse team of seasoned professionals spanning multiple functions.Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.

Salary:

Primary Location Pay Range: $96,178.50 - $144,267.75
