The Opportunity:
The Opportunity: CACI, is currently recruiting an Acquisition Logistician (Analyst) to join our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our customer, Project Manager Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS).


Responsibilities:
Serve as the PM TS Acquisition Logistician Analyst for the Product Support Manager (PSM). Responsible for providing acquisition life cycle sustainment management and operational support to the PM TS PSM. Review acquisition documents to support milestone product support criteria’s e.g., Core Logistics Analysis (CLA)/Core Depot Assessment (CDA), Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plan, Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), Programmatic Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Evaluation (PESHE) and Type Classification (TC). Ensure documents are IAW with statutory, regulatory and policy guidance. Review acquisition requirements packages (ARP). Ensure ARPs have the required logistics activities and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) IAW the requirement. Lead for all materiel releases (MR). Ensure MR packages are IAW AR 770-3, track and report all MR packages in the Materiel Release Tracking System (MRTS). Review, provide feedback and track all documents staffed to the PSM for action. Documents include but are not limited to six pack, quarterly program review and project management resource tool (PMRT). Represent the PM TS PSM and actively participate in 05 product office integrated product team (IPT) meetings and provide sound guidance/recommendations. Support transition to sustainment (T2S), risk management internal controls (RMIC), strategic portfolio analysis review (SPAR) and program objective memorandum (POM) planning and taskers. Upload documents to the PM TS PSM SharePoint site. Collaborate on product support strategies and documentation with external commands to include Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA(ALT)), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEWS) and Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM).


Qualifications:

Required: 
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills. Extensive expertise and in-depth knowledge of statutory and regulatory guidance pertaining to adaptive acquisition framework and product support management. Familiar with DoDI 5000.2, Army Regulation 700-127, key activities, milestones, required logistics acquisition criteria documents, etc. Knowledge and understanding of the programs and products within PM TS, is a plus.


Desired:
Bachelor's degree required. Degree preferably in Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related discipline. 10 years of experience in the Life Cycle Logistics field and familiarity with Defense Acquisition required. An additional eight (8) years of experience in a related field may be substituted for education. A Master’s degree or higher may be substituted for 4 years of experience if the degree is in a related field.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$84,900 - $178,400
