Acquisition Integration Coordinator

Description
A global enterprise is seeking a Procurement Acquisition Integration Coordinator to join its procurement and supply chain team. This position plays a key role in integrating newly acquired companies’ supply bases into the broader organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with procurement category leads and integration partners to identify existing supplier agreements, review supplier needs and manage contract processing activities.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with internal requestors to assess and define supplier needs
+ Locate, review, and evaluate existing supplier agreements
+ Create and manage requisitions to support contract processing
+ Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and terminate redundant or unnecessary agreements
Qualifications:
+ Understanding of contracting fundamentals and legal terms
+ Familiarity with general procurement processes and agreements
+ Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements
+ Proven success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, inclusive workplace
