**Scrum Master – ACH Programs** **Location:** East Coast Preferred **Employment Type:** 12 month Contract **Overview:** A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** with deep ACH domain expertise to guide Agile teams delivering complex banking programs. This role requires strong ACH knowledge and experience with platforms like **Fiserv** and **Pep+** , combined with exceptional Agile coaching skills. The Scrum Master will focus on enabling teams to deliver effectively within an Agile framework while fostering collaboration and removing impediments. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as Scrum Master for ACH-related programs, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices. + Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and coach teams on continuous improvement. + Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog. + Identify and remove impediments that block team progress, including cross-team delivery interferences. + Promote transparency, communication, and alignment across teams and stakeholders. + Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability within Agile teams. + Ensure teams deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with ACH program objectives. **Required Experience:** + **Extensive ACH experience** – must have delivered full ACH programs (not just participated in projects). + Strong understanding of ACH products and platforms (e.g., **Fiserv** , **Pep+** ). + Proven track record in banking and financial services environments. + Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.) and delivery practices. + Experience managing delivery interferences and dependencies in Agile environments. + Ability to speak to specific ACH programs and product implementations. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience with **Fiserv** or **Pep+** implementations. + Located on the East Coast for better team alignment (Raleigh or Charlotte ideal). + Willingness to start early if located on the West Coast (7 AM EST). + Experience working in large enterprise environments. **Soft Skills:** + Excellent communication and stakeholder management. + Strong servant-leader mindset with a focus on team empowerment. + Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity. + Strategic thinker with a delivery-focused approach.
