The ACES Analyst role with Generative AI (GenAI) focus aims provide ACES in station, on road and the operation with intuitive, aggregated, data driven solutions enabling fast execution of actions derived from accurate data. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and GenAI models to solve complex business problems. As this role is within the continuous improvement branch of the company (ACES), an ACES Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and translate business problems into technical solutions, this requires high degrees of ambiguity in terms of process, data and upstream systems to provide clarity, direction and succinct executional decisions for ACES and operations. Insisting of the highest standards, diving deep and inventing and simplifying complex algorithms to an executional level are paramount for this role.

To be successful in this role you will need to have proven analytical skills to build intelligent solutions that drive innovation and deliver real-world impact. And be able to translate business problems into scalable and tangible process improvements and an influencer capable of working effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations and geographies.
