Acct Exec - Large Group West Region
**Job Responsibilities** + Developing new business opportunities; building and managing long\-term relationships with one or more existing/potential major clients within the assigned territory\. + Analyzing business needs, loss experience and other factors with key customers to regularly adjust products, services and terms received and address customer needs\. + Communicating effectively with and coordinating the efforts of key underwriting, administration, loss control and claims staff in support of one or more major clients\. + Maintaining a database for a full range of company products, services, target markets and underwriting priorities; ensuring all related practices are consistent with organizational policies and processes\. **Job Qualifications** _Education_ + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required\.
