Accreditation Program Manager - South Submarket

As an Accreditation Program Manager, you will coordinate the hospital accreditation activities, ensure continuous readiness for surveys and work alongside senior leadership to facilitate a culture of continuous patient readiness. **A caregiver in this position works between 7:00am and 5:00pm with a need for flexibility based on needs.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Develop, manage and maintain programs designed to ensure Cleveland Clinic compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, including The Joint Commission (TJC), Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). + Act as the primary resource for caregivers to facilitate overall operations of programs. + Act as a consultant to departments/institutes for all aspects of TJC and other regulatory agencies. + Educate and disseminate accurate information to clinical and nonclinical departments pertaining to certifications and standard interpretations. + Participate in the preparation and support of onsite survey activities. + Collaborate with all departments within the Quality and Patient Safety Institute to ensure safe high-quality care. + Develop and manage varied projects. + Participate in committees and meetings. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, engineering or a related field and five years of experience with quality management, risk management/patient safety and performance improvement programs or related healthcare experience OR Associate's Degree and seven years of experience OR Master's Degree and four years of exprience + Healthcare Accreditation Certification Program (HACP) or Certified Joint Commission Professional (CJCP) Certifications within two years of hire + Demonstrated knowledge in principles of risk management, quality and performance improvement methods + Working knowledge of accreditation and regulatory standards Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Master's Degree + Nursing experience + Prior radiologist, lab or dietician experience **Why You'll Love Working with Us:** + 403(b) Savings & Investment Plan + Investment Pension Plan (IPP) + Tuition Reimbursement + Paid Time Off (PTO) + Employee Discounts + Dental and Vision Plans + Life Insurance and Disability **Physical Requirements:** + Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. + Ability to lift and transport up to 15 pounds. + Requires extended periods of standing, walking and sitting. + Normal or corrected vision and hearing. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. **Pay Range** Minimum Annual Salary: $63,250.00 Maximum Annual Salary: $96,467.50 The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
