We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Support Coordinator for a temporary, project-based role focused on reconciling and issuing refunds for inactive customer credit accounts. This position offers an opportunity to validate customer information, collect necessary documentation, and support basic accounts-related processes. The role involves a mix of data review, administrative support, and outbound customer communication.
Responsibilities
+ Review and validate customer account information related to outstanding credit balances.
+ Conduct outbound phone calls to confirm address and contact details.
+ Request, collect, and track W-9 forms from customers.
+ Perform accurate data entry and maintain records within internal systems.
+ Support coordination between customers and internal teams to ensure refunds are processed accurately and efficiently.
+ Provide general administrative and project support as needed throughout the assignment.
Essential Skills
+ Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, and customer service support.
+ Comfortable making professional outbound phone calls and emails to customers.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.
+ Ability to work independently while following established processes.
+ Proficiency with basic office tools such as Excel, email, and internal systems.
+ Experience handling sensitive or confidential information is preferred.

+ Ability to work independently in a project-driven environment.
+ Basic proficiency with spreadsheets, internal systems, and document management.
+ Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. The position involves using basic office tools and requires adherence to established processes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of La Vergne, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
