Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts Specialist to assist our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing 401(k) plans and Health Spending Accounts, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities: Run reports out of ADP for 401(k) and Spending Accounts. Load files to Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts. Resolve errors in Fidelity for 401(k) and Spending Accounts. Code general ledger entries for 401(k) funding and HSA funding. Properly document reconciliations and issue resolutions, as well as the funding process for audits of 401(k) funding and Spending Accounts. Answer emails regarding 401(k) or Spending Account questions. Run reports from ADP to load for nonqualified plan Submit invoices related to various retirement and spending accounts for payment and g/l postings Requirements: Must have 5 years of experience with 401(k) and Health Spending Accounts. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and V-Lookup. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Must be task-oriented and able to consistently meet deadlines. Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Modules. Must have knowledge and administration of 401(k) plans and day-to-day activities, including loading and funding of contributions. Must have experience working with Fidelity CEBS certification would be beneficial
