We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role involves a one-year commitment to data clean-up within the accounting area, processing payments, and verifying account information. The ideal candidate will input verified data into accounting software, with Oracle being preferred.
Responsibilities
+ Perform data clean-up within the accounting area for a duration of one year.
+ Process payments efficiently and accurately for a period of one year.
+ Verify account information and input data into accounting software, preferably Oracle, for six months.
+ Handle collections, accounts payable, payment processing, and account verification.
+ Manage banking transactions, invoices, data entry, and purchase orders.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with collections and accounts payable.
+ Proficiency in payment processing and account verification.
+ Knowledge of banking transactions and invoice management.
+ Competency in data entry and handling purchase orders.
+ Experience with Oracle accounting software preferred.

Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting, supporting a team of over 10 full-time employees as they transition to a new ERP system. The company comprises 130 employees in total, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
