Team Leadership and Development:
• Actively manage team member’s workloads and liaise with the AR Lead on a regular basis.
• Lead on team recruitment, training, retention and motivation of the team in order to develop commitment and high
performance.
• Responsibility for the six monthly performance appraisals of the team.
• Management of development plans, poor performance and disciplinary issues.
Required Qualifications and Competencies:
• 4 years relevant work experience, 2 years within a property business
• Experience of supervising and performance managing team members
• Must be organised, able to multi-task and have the ability to supervise a team with a heavy volume of work in a pressured
environment.
• Previous AR experience
• Excellent Excel skills, to pivot table, VLookup level.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diplomatic in resolution of issues with third parties.
• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure, multi task and effectively prioritise.
• Organised and able to work to detail and to deadlines.
• Committed to improving client service levels.
The ideal candidate
Will be a strong team leader with good analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the accounts receivable processes.They should be able to balance multiple priorities, drive team performance, and continually seek ways to improve processes and service delivery.This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in our Financial Management team, significantly impacting our business growth and client satisfaction.
