Accounts Receivable Specialist

\n\t\t\t\t\t

•\tPrepare and submit manual invoices.\n•\tVerify incoming dailywire/ACH, deposit checks, and record receipts and deductions (i.e. Amazon, Walmart, other Big Box Retailers).\n•\tProcess EDI submissions, disputes, and follow up\n•\tResearch and dispute chargebacks, as considered necessary (i.e. Co-ops, marketing promos, price claims, shortages).\n•\tInternal and external follow up for collection purposes.\n•\tPrepare AR and revenue reports for management (i.e. AR aging)\n•\tAssist with ME closing\n•\tRelease orders off hold upon confirming receipt.\nCalculate commissions payable to sales agents based on AR activity.\n•\tOther ad hoc tasks as needed.

• At least 2-3 years of AR experience in a mid-size company environment. \n• Knowledge of processing AR transactions through large ERP system(s).\n• Oracle experience is a plus.\n• Attention to detail and great organizational skills are a must.\n• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently. \n• Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables)\n• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
