Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist is primarily responsible for managing customer accounts, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and credit activities across multiple companies. This role ensures customer accounts remain accurate and current while supporting timely collections and issue resolution. The position also provides limited Accounts Payable support, including invoice processing and payment verification, and requires close collaboration with internal departments, customers, and vendors. Responsibilities + Manage customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness. + Perform cash applications and handle collections efficiently. + Resolve disputes and manage credit activities across multiple companies. + Provide support for Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and payment verification. + Collaborate closely with internal departments, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations. Essential Skills + Proficient in cash applications, billing, and collections. + Experience with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Netsuite, Infor, or Microsoft Dynamics. + Ability to create pivot tables and vlookups in Excel. + 3+ years of experience in cash applications, credit & collections, and billing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with SAP. + Experience in the manufacturing industry. + Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes. Work Environment This position requires working on-site. The company seeks a long-term candidate, and there is a potential for the temporary role to become permanent, although no guarantees are made. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Kutztown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
