Accounts Receivable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description This Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for pulling invoices from the quote system and uploading them into a separate system to be sent out. The role involves utilizing various automated systems as well as Excel spreadsheets. Responsibilities + Pull invoices from the quote system and upload them into a separate system for dispatch. + Utilize a variety of automated systems to manage accounts receivable tasks. + Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including the use of pivot tables and Vlookups. Essential Skills + Billing expertise + Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or Power Automate + Proficiency in creating pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with SAP + Experience in the medical device industry + 3+ years of billing experience + 3+ years of experience with Power Automate or RPA + Experience with companies having revenue greater than 100 million + Proficiency in large scale ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics Work Environment The role offers a hybrid schedule, with Monday to Wednesday in the office and Thursday and Friday working from home. Occasionally, you may need to start at 5 am due to billing clients overseas, but these early starts are from home Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Allentown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
