What are your responsibilities? + Performing critical collection activities on overdue invoices, such as phone calls, emails, dunning letters, and regularly contacting customers to determine reasons for payment delays. + Analyzing and investigating root causes of outstanding balances by liaising with internal and external customers. + Proactively communicating with management about significant overdue receivables and potential risks. + Managing credit risk by handling order blocks/unblocks and assessing customers’ payment histories. + Collaborating with internal departments to resolve claims and customer issues and respond to inquiries. + Providing day‑to‑day customer service in accordance with established standards and continuously improving service quality. + Monitoring payment plans and ensuring adherence to agreed schedules. + Leading escalation meetings and communications. + Supporting month‑end close and AR accounting tasks. + Preparing data and reports and continuously seeking process improvements and efficiency gains. + Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date customer data in the accounting system to ensure data integrity. + Providing required documentation and support during internal and external audits. + Supporting the deployment of new tools, systems, and processes within the receivables function. + Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on policies, procedures, and best practices. + Acting as a deputy for other team members during their absence to ensure continuity of AR operations. What makes you a good fit for this role? + Secondary vocational or higher education in a relevant field (accounting, finance, economics) or related. + Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. + Proficiency in English (minimum B1). + Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills. + Good organizational skills. + Ability to work independently. + Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions for employees. + Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. + Ability to adapt to dynamic business conditions. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel).
