Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.\n\n· Generating timely and accurate customer invoices daily in the ERP system.\n\n· Input as needed, invoices into customer portals.\n\n· Answers accounts receivable phone/email inquiries and follow up until questions are resolved.\n\n· Prepare weekly Aging reports and report on accounts receivable and collections efforts.\n\n· Customer statement generation and distribution.\n\n· Work with Sales Team to release orders placed on credit hold

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
