Accounts Receivable Specialist Overview: We’re anticipating an upcoming need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist on behalf of one of our valued clients. This position will play a key role in supporting their accounting team by managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities: + Process customer invoices and credit memos accurately and efficiently + Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up to ensure timely collection + Apply and reconcile payments/cash to customer accounts + Maintain accurate and organized records of all receivable transactions + Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies + Prepare and review aging reports; assist with month-end close processes + Support accounting leadership with reporting, audits, and special projects as needed Qualifications: + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred + 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, or QuickBooks preferred) + Excellent communication and customer service abilities + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ref: #208-Rowland Tulsa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
