QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldFluent in both oral and written French and English preferred CRITICAL EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIESPost-secondary diploma or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field1–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance roleFamiliarity with accounting systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, or similar ERP)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExcellent organizational and time management skillsClear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalProblem-solving ability to investigate and resolve invoice or payment issuesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration across departmentsUnderstanding of accounting principles and AP best practicesCommitment to confidentiality and integrity in handling financial informationWho We Are:
