Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage a Business-to-Business (B2B) receivables portfolio. This position is responsible for initiating and following up on collections for high-value corporate accounts, maintaining clear and professional communication with accounts payable teams, and navigating various payment portals to ensure timely receipt of funds. The role also includes performing account reconciliations, aligning them with the general ledger, and accurately posting and processing payments.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a Business-to-Business (B2B) accounts receivable portfolio.Initiate and follow up on collection efforts for key corporate accounts.Communicate with accounts payable departments across multiple organizations and navigate various payment portals.Perform account reconciliations and ensure consistency with the general ledger.Accurately post and process incoming payments in a timely manner.Essential Skills
Over 2 years of experience managing high-volume B2B accounts receivable portfoliosProficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate levelDemonstrates a professional attitude with reliable attendance and no upcoming planned time offAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience with accounts receivable reconciliation is a plusPrior experience in AR-related roles such as Accounting Clerk or Accounting Administrator is preferredWork Environment
This position is fully on-site in a structured office environment with a cubicle layout. This is a Contract position based out of Clearwater, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
