Job Description

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in processing credit and re-bill transactions, invoice corrections, and handling incoming payments through various methods including lock boxes, credit card transactions, EDI transactions, checks, and cash. You will be responsible for researching and resolving payment discrepancies, preparing daily cash deposits and reports, and processing month-end reports. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a company that is implementing automated processes.

ResponsibilitiesProcess credit and re-bill transactions, and invoice corrections.Handle incoming payments through various methods including lock boxes, credit card transactions, EDI transactions, checks, and cash.Research and resolve payment discrepancies.Prepare daily cash deposits and reports.Resolve deductions using appropriate General Ledger accounts.Process and adjust N3F chargebacks and refund checks.Reconcile customer accounts.Process month-end reports.Review unearned discount transactions.Essential SkillsExperience in payment processing and cash application.Proficiency in accounts receivable tasks.1+ year of AR or Cash App experience.High School Diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in an automated AR/Cash App environment is a plus.Basic Excel skills.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
