Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their dynamic finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a working knowledge of AR processes to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for individuals who are organized, communicative, and comfortable with data entry and payment processing.
Responsibilities:
Accurately post payments and cash receipts into the system (up to 100 entries per day).Maintain and update accounts receivable records.Support the finance team with general administrative tasks related to AR.Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues.Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.Qualifications:
Must-Have SkillsExperience with accounts receivable processes.Proficiency in posting payments and cash.Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Nice-to-Have SkillsData entry experience in a finance or administrative setting.Familiarity with receivables systems and workflows.General understanding of financial documents (e.g., checks, invoices).Work Environment:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
