What You’ll Do
+ Lead & Innovate: Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle (billing, collections, and cash applications) while implementing best practices and process improvements.
+ Drive Strategy: Develop policies that enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, and support global operations, including credit risk management.
+ Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Corporate Controller, business operations, and global finance teams to align on goals and deliver results.
+ Analyze & Advise: Prepare insightful financial reports, aging analyses, and cash flow forecasts to guide senior leadership decisions.
+ Solve Complex Challenges: Manage high-value accounts, resolve billing disputes, and negotiate payment arrangements with major customers.
+ Mentor & Grow Talent: Lead and develop a high-performing AR team through coaching, training, and team-building initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
+ 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or financial operations
+ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
+ Experience with NetSuite ERP
+ Background in international finance and multi-currency environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80900.00 - $115720.00/yr.
401k Match 4.5 weeks of pto
