Resumes to email Requirements • Extensive experience in accounts receivable management, including credit and collections. • Proven ability to lead and mentor large teams, including cross-functional and offshore resources. • Strong knowledge of billing functions, cash applications, and accounts receivable aging analysis. • Expertise in implementing automation and process improvements in a high-volume environment. • Exceptional skills in risk assessment and credit policy development. • Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to credit and collections. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with executives and stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
