Accounts Receivable Coordinator

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will manage a complex portfolio across multiple sales channels, focusing on maintaining account accuracy and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
+ Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio of complex accounts across multiple sales channels.
+ Initiate customer calls, generate delinquent notices, and perform account adjustments and reconciliations.
+ Regularly evaluate and identify opportunities to improve processes, enhancing business and customer experiences.
+ Recommend and lead initiatives for operational excellence in collections, customer service, and process improvements.
+ Think strategically, act operationally, manage risk, and align future directions with priorities.
+ Participate in and support systems improvements, focusing on streamlining the collection process.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps, and propose solutions for process improvement.
+ Manage trends of unpaid balances and work closely with internal and external customers to recommend solutions.
+ Research and resolve unpaid balances, short-paid balances, pricing discrepancies, deductions, and credit memos.
+ Develop and maintain knowledge of rebates and promotional programs related to accounts.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections.
+ Proven experience in driving changes and process improvements.
+ Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel (Pivot Tables and X-lookups).
+ Experience with Oracle systems highly preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree is a plus.
+ Being bilingual is a plus.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday. The team is cohesive, supportive, and open to feedback, promoting a collaborative environment. You must be comfortable working fully remote and capable of meeting metrics in such an environment. Standard working hours are from 8am to 5pm EST.

This is a Contract position based out of Decatur, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
