Accounts Receivable Coordinator
**Description:** The accounts receivable coordinator is responsible for managing the hotel's incoming payments by processing invoices, applying payments, and following up on overdue accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and handling guest inquiries regarding billing. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field . + 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality. + Proficient in Oracle, Opera, MicrosSimphony, Book4Time, FACTO, Envision, and Microsoft Excel. + Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. + High attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. + Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. + Customer service-oriented mindset . + Intermediate English proficiency (A2–B1) and fluent Spanish communication skills. + Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holiday. **Primary Location:** MX-ROO-Mayakoba **Organization:** Alila Mayakoba **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Accounting **Req ID:** MAY000691 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
