Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Job Summary:
A growing organization in the transportation and services industry is seeking a detail-oriented and motivatedAccounts Receivable Coordinator to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in accounting and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process and post incoming payments accurately and timely
+ Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
+ Generate and distribute invoices and account statements
+ Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
+ Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks
+ Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and answer inquiries
+ Maintain accurate and organized financial records
+ Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Prior internship or experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
