Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Pay Rate: $19.00 to $20.50 per hour

What You Will Be Doing• Generate, review, and distribute customer invoices accurately and on schedule
• Apply incoming payments including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past-due balances professionally
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate customer records within the accounting system
• Assist with AR reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing and collection questions
• Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internal controls
What We Are Looking For• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
• Comfortable using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work Schedule and Environment• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Fully on-site role in Franklin County, MA
• Collaborative office setting with direct access to leadership
