We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The role involves promptly applying cash receipts against customer accounts, which allows for real-time analysis of account positions. You will monitor both domestic and foreign customer orders and assist the supervisor in managing credit issues. Additionally, you will generate monthly Accounts Receivable summary reports, create aging reports, and arrange collections proactively.
ResponsibilitiesPromptly apply cash receipts against customer accounts for real-time account analysis.Monitor domestic and foreign customer orders and assist the supervisor with credit issue actions.Create aging reports and proactively arrange collections.Generate monthly Accounts Receivable summary and sales reports, assisting supervisors with trend insights.Generate credit memos and troubleshoot open return authorizations.Update customer financial profiles and document issues as they occur.Manage the credit application process.Essential Skills2+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable experience.Proficiency in customer service and data entry.Experience with Netsuite ERP and SAP.Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in vendor/customer service, international experience is a plus.AR monthly reporting experience.2+ years of AR/Collections experience in manufacturing, flavors, fragrances, food, or beverage industries.Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Carteret. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. Employees are entitled to two free 15-minute breaks and a mandatory 30-minute unpaid lunch. The role is part of a 7-person accounting/finance team.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
